This highlights a group project that I facilitated with The Dancing Eye Syndrome Support Trust. The artwork produced was of their own choice: colours, ideas - a great team building exercise, with purpose which has then been photographed, with a macro lens, to show case different elements of the picture.
Feature 5
On a Bank Holiday May respite weekend, this project was facilitated with our younger children in mind, and connected to The Dancing Eye Syndrome Support Trust. Children and their siblings engaged in a creative space, outdoors on the beach, and created some amazing artwork whilst being together in a community providing all with plenty of happy engagement.
AND these differing perspectives can highlight the many opportunities that can arise from one community art project. This particular piece was not only engaging, it created an opportunity for self-belief, participation and a lot of fun….increasing wellbeing.
Feature 4
This highlights a project that I facilitated within a Supported Living Environment to encourage more therapeutic interaction. We proactively planned and together, they produced this piece - led by one with a brain injury from an accident, and supported by another with a rare neurological condition. Again, the artwork produced was of their own choice: colours, ideas - a fun exercise, and finished over a period of sessions.
