I’m Jo Brazier

I have a diverse skillset that is founded on my background in psychology and health and have experience of working in the public and private sector. Spending years in education (the Tourism, Sport and Exercise Science department, CCCU), based in a team then, and now competently one-to-one, or in small groups, I have an instinct to connect and utilise opportunities to the best of our abilities.

I offer a one-to-one pa service - ‘walk & talk’ therapy, and offer group community opportunities, in person or online, both inclusive and educational. I worked with The Fifth Trust Charity - and now volunteer for two amazing charities: The Dancing Eye Support Trust (since 2013), and KRAN (2018) and host International Students at our family home.

Adventure and curiosity help motivate me to drive this creative space, supporting individuals and families, through quality time together, to initiate conversations around doing what we love, exploring where support is necessary and ‘Quality-Of-Life’.

Thanks to my academic mentor, Dr Chris Bull, who helped me to make things possible.

The Intention

….is to have quality time together to enable those who have a gap in their time for a healthy focus and commitment; enabling greater choice and control over the support one may want to receive. It is a thought-provoking opportunity to meet new friends, hear a variety of stories, gain a sense of community and move forwards recognising interests and goals.
